Pack-Out Inventory Program
Known in our circles as POI, this advanced computerized process provides each client with a detailed, accurate report of their content listings. In an itemized format, each item removed from your home or place of business can then be determined to be repairable, questionable or non-repairable. Photographs provide additional documentation; with the end result a comprehensive document provided to you, the client, and to the insurance companies. That way, every content item is accounted for through the initial, pack-out, estimating, cleaning and pack-in process.

Computerized Estimating With Xactimate
Xactimate is a computer-based estimating solution designed for industry professionals. Regularly used by the certified technicians at FireDEX of Butler, this high-powered software provides fast and accurate estimating assistance in all phases of the restoration process, from remodeling through total replacement of a structure. Xactimate assists in providing accurate replacement costs and easily and quickly communicates the information to all parties electronically, making the process efficient from both a time and cost perspective.
