At FireDEX Butler, we’ll follow a seamless process from the minute we take your call. We will develop an Action Plan customized for your situation and restoration needs. You’ll know exactly what to expect at each stage of the process and we will communicate with you every step of the way.

Step 1

Dispatcher will take your contact
information and collect the details of
your property loss.

Step 2

Our Response

One of our Emergency Response Teams
(trained & certified) will be dispatched to your
location within 2 hours in fully equipped
vehicles. We will work closely with your
insurance company and/or the facility/property
management company.

Step 3

The Mitigation Process

An on-site assessment of the damage
will be completed. An Action Plan is
developed to secure the property. The
mitigation process will begin to prevent
additional damage from occurring.
Drying and dehumidification equipment
will be utilized, as necessary. The
mitigation process will be monitored on
a timely basis.

Step 4

Restoration Estimate

During the mitigation process a
detailed computerized estimate
is prepared for the restoration of
the damaged property and is sent
with photographs to the
appropriate party.

Step 5

The Restoration Process

Pending approval of the estimate, the
restoration process will begin. We will
utilize our Management Operating
Control Procedures to plan, schedule
and monitor the rebuilding process.
Our workmanship is guaranteed
for 5 years.

Step 6

Job Close-out

Upon completion of your restoration
project, we conduct an on-site
walk-through with the appropriate
parties. A Certificate of Satisfaction will
be signed to complete the project and
authorize payment. The documentation is
shared with the insurance company,
owner/resident and/or the
facility/property management company
to close the
Process Flow.
